Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: A deposit of 50% of your stay is required at booking. In the event you must cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded (less a $25.00 Cancellation Fee) provided your request is received 14 days prior to your arrival date. No refunds if less than 14 day notice given.
Q: Do you accept Pets?
A: No Pets are allowed on property. We would be happy to provide you with phone numbers of boarding facilities nearby for your furry family members.
Q: Do you have Charging Stations?
A: Yes. We have an EV Charge Point, level 2, charging station that offers 2 ports/charging spots. You would need to download that Charge Point app to utilize.
Q: Do the Kitchens offer dishes?
A: Yes. All Kitchens are fully equipped with full size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, sets of dishes, silverware/cutlery, glasses, cups, pots & pans.
Q: Does your property offer a Pool?
A: Yes. Our Indoor Pool area is open year round and offers swimming pool, hot tub & sauna. Our Outdoor Pool is Seasonal – open Memorial Day weekend and closes after Labor Day. Both Pools are heated.
Q: Do any of your Rooms offer a Water View?
A: No. Our Rooms offer Courtyard views overlooking the outdoor pool & garden area or Meadow Views overlooking the wooded area surrounding our Resort.
Q: Do you have an Elevator on property?
A: Yes. We have one Elevator to bring you up to the second and third floor Suites.
