PROPERTY ACCESSIBILITY

AMENITIES

The Front Desk is located on the ground level of the Resort; the Front Desk is not lowered. 

The Door(s) to enter the Resort are 34".

The Door to the indoor pool is 35.5" wide. The indoor & outdoor pool both offer a lift to assist guests who require help entering and exiting the pools. The door to the outdoor pool is 35.5" wide and has a 6" step down. The outdoor pool gate is 37" wide. Restrooms near the pool; doors are 34.5" wide and offer roll in showers that have a 3" lip that must be cleared, grab bars near the toilet(s). 

The Fitness Room door is 35" wide. 

The Conference Room is located on the second floor and is accessible via elevator or stairs. 

 

 

ROOMS

Pheasant Park Resort has one 2-bedroom suite on the first floor with some features to accommodate guests with mobility or hearing impairments. 

The entry door is 33.5" wide. The bathroom door is 31.5" wide. Roll in shower for easy accessibility to enter the shower. Grab bars are located in the shower and grab bars are also near the toilet. Shower Seats are available upon request. The vanity is open. The toilet seat is 18.5" high, beds are 27.5" high. 

We also offer a TTY kit upon request for guests with hearing impairments.

Televisions in guest rooms can be programmed to display closed captions.
