Memorial Weekend is quicky approaching, our grills are cleaned and ready, the outdoor pool is sparkling and awaiting that first plunge, and fingers crossed the weather will be sunny and bright!
Plenty of area businesses are open and awaiting the first crowds of the year, some of the Farmer’s Markets are even getting a jump start on the season with the first being at the Settlement Shops in Fish Creek on May 26th. Golf Courses are trimmed and some are even having special rates for Memorial Weekend, Maxwelton Brae’s in particular, check out their Facebook page for the special deal! Live entertainment can be found nearly every night this weekend, and, on Sunday there will be a Door County Baseball League game, held at the City Sports Complex across the street from us.
