46th Annual Fyr Bal Festival, June 18-20

If you haven’t ever enjoyed Ephraim’s famed Fyr Bal Festival, you are missing out on one of Door County’s oldest & most loved traditions!

Next weekend Ephraim will be welcoming Summer with their 46th Annual Fyr Bal Festival, the festival re-creates traditions of early Norwegians celebrating Midsummer’s Eve. There will be tons of food, local artists, musical entertainment and family activities along Ephraim’s beautiful shorelines. Parking may be a problem, but once there kick back, relax, shop, enjoy or even take a Trolley Ride to visit the many historical landmarks.

A definate MUST of Fyr Bal weekend is the evening bonfires, which represent the burning of the “Winter Witch” and ushers in the long days of summer. Fireworks complete Saturday night’s events.
